Never before has a legend been so excitingly presented: the SL "Edition 1"

The first SL, the Mercedes–Benz 300 SL, wrote automotive history back in 1954. The "Edition 1" SL, based on the SL 350 BlueEFFICIENCY, SL 500 BlueEFFICIENCY and SL 63 AMG models, is a further particularly sporty chapter in the long tradition of this successful model series.

SL "Edition 1" special model

At first glance you can see that this luxury sports car is something very special, for it is outfitted with a whole range of high-end interior and exterior appointments and equipment that present the SL Roadster’s sporty-expressive character with stunning brilliance.

The vehicle quotes from its legendary origin: with the (optional) designo magno crystal silver paintwork and the entirely new design language from AMG which the car itself complements with a whole series of highlights.

Two of the most exclusive sports facilities you will ever visit are in the new SL "Edition 1". Seats, centre console armrest, door centre panels and glove compartment are all upholstered in fine designo Exclusive leather in classic red – as a homage to the legendary 300 SL.
