The front end of the new E-Class has a more flowing aspect, with the wedge-shaped bonnet merging into the radiator surround and the new-design headlamps as if cast in one piece. The twin headlamp face typical of the E-Class blends elegantly with the single-piece headlamps and yet remains true to its line. The standard LED headlamps combine aesthetics and safety. And the expressive wing design of the front bumpers provide a discreet-sporty lower vehicle edge.

Seen from the side, the lines rising towards the rear, enhanced by a character line in the rear door and lending the car a dynamic impulse forwards, strike the observer immediately. The long wheelbase and short overhangs create typical saloon proportions.

The horizontally-divided tail lamps and black inserts in the compact rear bumper dynamically emphasize the vehicle width.The tail lights feature LED technology in part with LED fibre optics. This allows different light intensities according to the requirements of the respective lighting functions.

The attractive trim elements in ground aluminium and the analogue clock on the centre console bring driving culture and refinement into the cockpit. In addition, here the new-design 3-tube instrument cluster and the head unit display in flat-frame look reveal themselves as innovative, functional and trend-setting.

With the new interior colours silk beige, espresso brown, seashell grey, chestnut brown, crystal grey and porcelain tone-in-tone or combining contrasting colours, the vehicle interior presents many possibilities for individualisation. Depending on equipment line and your own wishes, the upholstery can be in transverse fluting for fabric and ARTICO man-made leather or vertical fluting for leather and nappa leather.
